PascFrenk Academy Student Hub
Terms of Use
Last updated 1 November 2026
The rules for using the Student Hub: your account, booking calls, the Weekly Track, your music, our materials, and what each of us can expect.
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the PascFrenk Academy Student Hub (the "hub"), run by PASCFRENK SL (Spain, tax ID B93981983) ("PascFrenk", "we", "us").
Your enrolment in PascFrenk Academy (the program, its length, price, payment terms, cancellation and refunds) is covered by the agreement you signed when you joined (your program agreement). These terms add the rules for using the hub. If the two ever disagree, your program agreement wins.
By signing in to the hub you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
2. Your account
- Accounts are personal and created by us for enrolled students. Don't share your sign-in or let anyone else use your account.
- Keep your password safe and change it if you think someone else knows it. Tell us straight away if you suspect your account has been misused.
- Keep your details accurate, especially your name, email and time zone (we use it to show your call times).
- You must be at least 18, or 16 or 17 with your parent's or guardian's consent.
3. 1-1s, Onboarding Calls and community calls
- Book 1-1s and your Onboarding Call through the hub, within the allowance in your program agreement. New students complete onboarding (and book their Onboarding Call) before their first 1-1.
- 1-1s must be booked at least 24 hours ahead, and can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the call. Please cancel at least 24 hours ahead too, so the time can go to another student. Whether a late cancellation or a missed call counts toward your allowance is set by your program agreement.
- Times are shown in your time zone. Please check it in Settings: a call missed because the time zone was wrong still counts.
- Answer the pre-call questions honestly and share your track link where you can. It's how your coach prepares.
- If a coach has to move or cancel a call, we'll offer you a new time. Coaches are assigned by availability, and we can't always guarantee a particular coach.
- Calls may not be recorded without everyone's agreement. Community calls happen on Discord and Discord's rules apply there too.
4. Weekly Track and the leaderboard
- Submit one track a week. The week closes on Sunday at 23:59 New York time. Only one submission counts per week.
- You have 2 skip tokens for the whole program. A skip keeps your streak going but doesn't earn a point.
- Points, score, streaks and places are calculated automatically from your submissions. If you think something's wrong, tell us and we'll check it.
- Only submit music you made or have the right to share. Don't submit someone else's work as your own.
- We may remove submissions or reset standings that break these rules or game the system.
5. Your music and content
Your music is yours. Submitting tracks, links, answers or a profile doesn't transfer any ownership to us.
You give us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, play, review and discuss what you submit, only to coach you, run the program and show the leaderboard and your profile to other students. If you want us to feature your work publicly (for example on social media), we'll ask you first.
You confirm that what you submit doesn't infringe anyone else's rights and isn't unlawful, hateful or harmful.
6. Our course materials
The course videos, toolkits, documents, templates and everything else we provide in the hub belong to PascFrenk or our licensors and are protected by copyright.
You can use them for your own learning and music-making while you're enrolled (and as an alumnus, where we keep access open). You may not copy, download, record, resell, re-upload or share them, or your sign-in, with people who aren't enrolled.
7. Using the hub fairly
Don't:
- try to access other students' accounts or data, or parts of the hub you're not meant to reach
- interfere with the hub's security, test it for weaknesses without our written permission, or overload it
- scrape, copy or automate the hub, or use it to send spam
- harass, threaten or disrespect other students or the team, here or in the community
If you find a security problem, please tell us privately at academy@pascfrenk.com. We'll thank you, and we won't take action against good-faith reports.
8. Payments
Prices, instalments, due dates, late payments and refunds are set by your program agreement. The hub shows your payment plan and pay links for convenience. Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep the hub running and secure, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. If an outage stops you booking a call you were entitled to, we'll make it right.
The hub keeps improving, so features may change. We won't take away something your program agreement promises.
10. Suspension and ending access
We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, after warning you where reasonable. Your access also follows your program agreement: when the program ends you may keep some alumni access, as we decide.
You can ask us to close your account at any time. Closing your account doesn't by itself cancel your program agreement or any payments still due under it.
11. Our responsibility to you
We provide coaching and education. We can't promise particular results, such as releases, streams, signings or income, because they depend on your work and on many things outside our control.
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, or for loss of data you didn't keep a copy of (keep your project files backed up). Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
If something goes wrong, please talk to us first at academy@pascfrenk.com. We'll do our best to sort it out quickly and fairly. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the hub changes. We'll update the date at the top, and if a change matters to you, we'll tell you in the hub or by email before it takes effect. If you don't agree with a change, you can stop using the hub and contact us.
